The rules for using Priora HQ. Short, written in plain English, designed to be readable.

1. Acceptance

By using Priora HQ ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Priora HQ is a web-based task management application that allows users to create, organize, and track tasks individually or within organizations. Optional features include Google Calendar integration and team collaboration.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials.

4. Your content

You own your data. Tasks, categories, projects, and all content you create remain yours.

We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

Maximum aggregate liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
