Can I use Priora HQ for personal tasks?

Yes. Every account starts with a personal workspace. Your personal tasks stay separate from any organization you join.

How are paid plans billed?

Per organization — not per user. £29/mo (Pro) or £59/mo (Business), with annual discounts. Your whole team, one price.

Do you offer a lifetime plan?

Yes. £1,200 one-time for 1 org with up to 1,000 members. Pay once, use forever.

How is my data secured?

Data is stored in Google Firestore with strict security rules that only allow you (and org members you've added) to read your data. Authentication uses Google or Apple Sign-In.

Can I import from other tools?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. For now, you can copy tasks in bulk and use the CSV/JSON export to move data around.
